Terms and Conditions new8myr — Complete User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and new8myr ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and features provided through the new8myr.app website and the new8myr mobile application.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any service, or simply browsing the new8myr platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use new8myr's services.

To register and use new8myr's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a reachable phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You may be required to provide identity verification documents such as MyKad, passport, or driver's license. • New8myr does not charge any deposit processing fees on the platform's end.

New8myr processes withdrawal requests within less than 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30, and the daily maximum limit depends on your account's VIP level. Standard account users have a daily withdrawal limit of RM 10,000, while VIP members enjoy higher limits.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the new8myr account. new8myr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for the security of our users.

• The first withdrawal from a new account requires completed KYC verification.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the condition is fulfilled.
• New8myr reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day.
• Withdrawal failures due to incorrect bank account information are the user's responsibility.

• Each user is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus once only upon their first registration.

New8myr recommends the following security measures to all users:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for added protection.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family or friends.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Contact new8myr support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their new8myr account. This includes all wagers placed, financial transactions conducted, and any actions taken on the platform, whether intentional or otherwise.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, new8myr reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with fraudulent activity. For account closures initiated by the user, any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once a full investigation has been completed.

New8myr reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice for minor changes. Continued use of the new8myr platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible balances before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall first be resolved through new8myr's internal dispute resolution procedure before being referred to any other forum. The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Melayu; any translation is provided for convenience only, and the Bahasa Melayu version shall be definitive in the event of a dispute.
